Role Overview: The Brand Manager will support brand stewardship and provide strategic counsel for our government sector clients. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in managing government campaigns from ideation through to production and rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Advocate for the client's vision by delivering strategic and creative work that aligns with their objectives and enhances brand presence.
  • Revenue Growth: Support revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Assist in developing and presenting business proposals to generate additional revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders. Assist in strategic planning and ensure timely delivery of creative work.
  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of campaign execution, from initial briefing to final delivery. Ensure deliverables meet client standards and project objectives.
  • Strategic Counsel: Provide insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging industry knowledge to inform communication strategies.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting and monitoring project costs to ensure profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure clear and accurate client briefs, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the team to develop acceptable solutions. Track project effectiveness and quality standards.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to exploring new client relationships.
  • Agency Representation: Support the agency's efforts in producing high-quality campaigns that contribute to its reputation and accolades.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Campaign Experience: Experience in managing government or large-scale campaigns in Singapore, from ideation to execution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marketing and advertising operations, with familiarity in social channels and online campaign development.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects effectively, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong analytical skills to understand competitive dynamics and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Experience: A degree and at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Keynote. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: Resilient, optimistic, and proactive in problem-solving. Confident in navigating challenging conversations and presenting new ideas.
