Charterhouse are supporting a leading European Bank in their search for a Leaning & Development lead to report to the Head of HR in an individual contributor role.
This person will support around 200 and work closely with stakeholders to develop and roll out training and development frameworks and DEI Strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide Training & Development Needs assessment and identify skills gaps and training requirements to encourage continuous learning.
- Design learning curriculums and deliver for onboarding, Hi-Potential programs and leadership development
- Conduct reviews of training providers and make recommendations for new courses and evaluate the effectiveness
- Develop and implement the DEI programs, promoting diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of the learning methodologies such as e-learning, and in-person training and the blended learning solutions.
- Manage the internal communications such as intranet and newsletters relating to L&D initiatives
- Ensure reviews on evaluations including engagement surveys, Mentorship and appraisals.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all training programs and tracking of all programs.
Attributes
- At least 6 years of Learning and Development facilitation and administration
- Relevant degree in business or human resources
- Prior L&D experience from Banking or Financial Services
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
