As a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer, responsible for implementing and maintaining the organisation's WSH procedures to promote a safe work environment.
What will you do?
Conducting employee training on safety standards
Conduct Safety Induction Courses to Staff & Subcontractors
Reviewing safety training and recommending improvements
Establishing and maintaining safety programs and protocols
Ensuring safety equipment is available and usable
Responding to employee safety concerns
Conducting safety inspections and audits
Reviewing accidents and incidents
Identifying opportunities to reduce injuries, accidents, and health problems
Evaluating risks associated with hazards in the workplace
Analysing areas of non-compliance with safety standards
The ideal candidate should possess:
Safety Officer with Valid Competency Certificate(s)
Have at least two years of relevant work experience in a role that involves safety management, coordination, or inspections
