- 2+ years in project management or web production, with knowledge of web development processes, testing software, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with executive leadership.
- Analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Meticulous focus on accuracy and ability to manage projects independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Strong interest in Williams Sonoma brands.
- Content management system experience required
- Familiarity with front-end web development, HTML, debugging tools, Github
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Test & Target suite is a plus
