The Physical Security team of a global technology company is looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join the team as a Project Coordinator for various teams within their physical security department. In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include assisting in project documentation, managing changes to project scope, and providing administrative support to service managers and team leads. While there will be support in understanding team functions, they are looking for someone who can confidently drive initiatives and suggest improvements once acclimated with team processes. The Position

  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules which involves coordinating meetings, setting up project management tools and reporting.
  • Monitoring project progress against established milestone and deliverable which includes tracking task completion, identifying issues, and preparing progress report for team leads and service manager.
  • Assist in project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and maintenance of existing documentations.
  • Coordination with partners and stakeholders with regards to scheduling of commissioning, work orders, and handoffs.
  • Assisting the management with changes to project scope, schedule, or requirements which includes documenting change request, assessing impact on the project and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to service manager and team leads as needed.

The Candidate

  • 5 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
