  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Brief Summary

Our client is Singapore’s largest private property developer and residential landlord and they are looking for a passionate team player to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease renewals with tenants
  • Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or any other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing lease administration and renewals
