Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation and data entry into relevant systems.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to maintain compliance and streamline project workflows.
- Oversee and manage project management systems and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting project goals.
- Ensure all project-related information and documentation are accurately entered and updated in grant and project management systems.
- Record and maintain project-related documentation
- Compile and assess project data to generate clear and insightful dashboards and reports.
- Track and monitor project health
- Provide support for other operational functions of the Project Management Office as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the full lifecycle of R&D projects and product delivery, including planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with project team members throughout the design, development, and delivery phases to create R&D solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Demonstrate understanding of technical and engineering processes to effectively manage project development with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Some knowledge of project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for presenting information clearly
- Motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced, steep learning environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team
