- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
- Administer a range of HR service including but not limited to leave administration and employee data management.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, employment certification.
- Manage end to end Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) process including working with employment agencies, registration/annual license renewal and liaising with Business Units.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records and documentation.
- Liaising with Statutory agency / governing body on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR shared services, offering guidance in assigned area of responsibility.
- Provide guidance to team member on key HRSS in-scope services.
- Cover for team lead when he/she is away and ensuring BAU.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to support and improve service delivery.
- Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Be a key team member in the HRSS expansion project.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) process will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SuccessFactor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactively look out for opportunities to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Positive, open attitude towards new ideas and ways of doing things.
