- Industry Background: Experience in telco, entertainment, brand partnerships, or creative agencies is highly preferred.
- Creative Understanding: You don't need to be a designer, but you must understand good creative work and give strong strategic feedback.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to manage and negotiate partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience handling marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Regional Mindset: Familiarity with Indonesia's marketing landscape (local + global experience is a plus).
