  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for proposing and defining the integrated process flow to support IME's various program requirements.
  • Innovatively create integration process flow based on IME's existing process equipment and tools, propose critical equipment/tools needed to enable new process technology.
  • Define the individual process module requirements, work closely with process module teams to setup and execute design of experiments (DOEs) to develop new process modules needed for the integrated process flow.
  • Design all kinds of test device and measurement structure layout needed for process characterization and performance assessment. Characterize and evaluate the overall process outcome performance, drive process quality and yield improvement.
  • Benchmark technology top performance, identify technology trending method, propose IME's technology roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, work closely with business development team, explore and enable potential collaboration projects and industry service business opportunities.
  • Generate and present reports to both internal and external customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters in Materials Science and Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or closely related fields are welcome to apply.
  • > 5 years direct experience in semiconductor fabrication process integration is preferred.
  • Good understanding of semiconductor device physics, hand-on experience on device electrical measurement and characterization is desired.
  • Working knowledge and prior hands-on experience in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methods, is desired.
  • Understanding and knowledge on equipment/tools used in semiconductor fabrication process is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and prior hands-on experience on III-V semiconductor material, such as GaN, is advantageous.
  • Possess good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with ability to deliver clear and concise messages to both internal and external stakeholders.
