  • Lead, mentor and manage a team ensuring high performance and adherence to HC admin processes.
  • Lead and participant in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Work closely with HC Employee Relations on disciplinary inquiry related activities.
  • Responsible for management of flexi staff, including their shift biddings and accurate payments to flexi staff.
  • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and conformance
  • Design and manage dashboards and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and enable analysis of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements various automation and digital tools.
  • Lead and participant in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for Business Analytics
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Have prior experience in process improvement projects through use of automations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity in creation of dashboards is an added advantage.
