Client Delivery Lead, Comms (Telco+)
Telco+ is a joint initiative (created as a new Strategic Business Unit) between Singtel and NCS to help telcos address their transformation needs to evolve into future digital telcos. The aim is to help telcos improve on operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experiences as well as to provide them enhanced capabilities to serve their enterprise customer segments. With the combined capabilities of Singtel and NCS’ expertise in digital and technology services, the new SBU has bold ambitions to be the service provider of choice for Telcos around the Asia Pacific and Middle East in helping them to re-invent themselves.
The Client Delivery Lead ensures quality delivery of projects by Telco+ to our clients. He/she will support projects in the Communications (Comms) sector within Telco+. He/she will partner with the Client Service Lead, to bring together Telco+ offerings, focusing on AI and Cloud, to solve the key clients’ most critical business needs and bring value-added services to ensure they succeed. The Client Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and leading multifunctional project teams.
What will you do?
You will act as the single point of contact for the key client on all project delivery and managed services delivery matters, for areas in your care.
This includes, but is not limited to, being accountable for budget, resourcing, timelines, earned value, project quality, NPS, customer satisfaction survey, etc.
In project & operational delivery matters, you are expected to:
- Account for the delivery services of the client’s account and be involved in the delivery of the programs that you are responsible for
- Direct the right team across different Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive revenue, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Harvest knowledge from delivered projects into the common knowledge base
Beyond that, you are also expected to:
- Develop win-win business opportunities:
- To solve the client’s problems;
- That are feasible and sustainable with the core capabilities of NCS, while innovating solutions
- Support the presales solutioning process, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable within the project parameters & available resources
- Ideate solutions using technology and process changes
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience leading complex and large-scale system integration projects, providing consultancy to telecommunications.
- Possess broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge
- Possess knowledge and exposure in AI and Cloud.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills:
- Able to work with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organisation with constant transformation to stay market relevant.
- Able to lead and develop long-term relationship with customers during business development and project delivery
