  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop strategies and action plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of digitalisation for inbound and outbound taxpayer documents
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of external vendor(s) responsible for processing inbound and outbound taxpayer documents, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsourced vendors to manage the processing of inbound and outbound taxpayer documents effectively.
  • Manage the disbursement of government payouts through electronic means
  • Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
  • Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
  • Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
  • Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders
