- Act as a local medical and scientific expert with both internal and external partners by applying knowledge to address current and future unmet needs.
- Provide medical and scientific leadership to cross-functional teams to design and implements patient solutions
- Identify, build, and nurture meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and patient organizations to uncover new patient value opportunities and drive optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance local patient value-oriented initiatives.
- Engage in two-way scientific interactions, including disease state and treatment algorithm discussions, to optimize understanding of therapies for the right patient segments within the local health ecosystem.
- Support clinical studies and clinical development by sharing insights, innovation opportunities, and patient needs with the team.
- Assist market access colleagues, when applicable, in presenting real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and clinical information to regional and local payer accounts and formularies.
- Respond promptly and accurately to unsolicited requests for on- or off-label information or safety concerns from HCPs.
- Deliver medical education activities in alignment with the principles of scientific engagement.
- Provide regular product and disease training internally to build the knowledge capability of the commercial team.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Science, or any life science-related discipline.
- 2-5 years of MSL/medical experience in an MNC pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in Infectious Disease, Immunology, Neurology, Oncology, or Respiratory areas is advantageous.
- Experience in engaging with overseas KOLs is an advantage.
- Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and a good team player.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
