  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Who We Are Looking For?

As an Accountant, he/she will report to the Finance Controller/Finance Manager and supervise a team of Accounts Executives/Assistants. He/she will also be responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting in accordance with statutory requirements and ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting

What Awaits You:

  • Manage and supervising a team of Accounts Receivables
  • Responsible for the monthly financial closing processes and preparation and review of monthly/periodic management reports
  • Responsible for the preparation, review and follow of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of ecommerce receivables and other accounts
  • Preparations of quarterly statements and year-end statutory reports
  • Responsible for GST and Tax return & filing
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget
  • Ensure proper internal controls are in place and being complied
  • Assist with any other ad hoc projects as assigned by Finance Manager

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG or retail industry and experience with managing a team of accounts staff
  • Experience in working in ERP/Oracle integrated system environment
  • Self-driven, highly energetic and committed individual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous and eye for details
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Strong spreadsheet skills is a must
