Vouch is partnering with a local MNC in hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resource team. We are looking for in-house TA that has experience in volume hiring for IT and Engineering related positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Engineering related positions, from sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

What Am I Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering related positions such as IT Support, Software Engineers, Data Analyst, Technician, Operators, etc.
  • Comfortable with volume hiring of 20-50 requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
