  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

· Co- ordinating with ship’s owners, charterers and master for vessel’s schedule

· Application of crew change if required by owner.

· Assist to renew sanitation certificate (SSCEC) if required.

· Booking of arrival, departure pilot, tug and fresh water barge for vessel.

· Issuing of immigration clearance (AA, AD, COB) and port clearance documents to vessel, updating vessel’s certificates to MPA.

· Ensure all arrangements goes smoothly without delaying vessel’s eventual departure from Singapore.

· Handling the crew’s cash from bank and boarding of vessel.

· Accepting working on odd hours and public holidays.

· Maintaining good relationships with owners, charterers and master and concerned parties of port calling operation.

· Onboard customs service.

· Assist document agent in office to do some paper work, such as NOR and SOF.

· Quickly Settle the other issues during vessel calling Singapore, including the Maritime affair.

Requirements:

· Warm personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Reliable, responsible, pro-active and efficient

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· Minimum 3 years' working experience in some shipping agency

· Have a driver's license is preferred

· Knowledge in ICA crew system

· Knowledge in PSA Marine system

· Knowledge in Marinet

· Knowledge in Digital port
