- Manage, coordinate, and track the recruitment, on-boarding, promotion and exit of specialist, non-specialist and visiting medical staff.
- Plan and execute processes and approvals for clinical training requests, sponsorships and honorariums.
- Administer HR system approvals and provide planning support to the roster team.
- Administer training and education hours, credentialing and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice.
- Manage and execute processes for the onboarding and exit of foreign clinical fellows.
- Manage and execute support for clinical operations such as tracking and follow up of work list statuses and audits.
- Prepare medical manpower, training, sponsorship, productivity reports and any other reports for Head of Department, Clinical Director and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
- Organize, manage, and coordinate department clinical workshops and events.
- Any other matters such as office management, staff directory, asset lists.
- Strong service orientation, internal stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to grasp the context of clinical service, hospital and regulatory processes
- Preferably Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties.
- A good understanding of clinical service, hospital and regulatory processes.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good service orientation and internal stakeholder management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized in processes and record keeping.
