The team collaborates closely with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.About the JobIn this role, you will drive revenue, market share, and profit growth for an assigned product portfolio by executing go-to-market strategies, developing trade and marketing plans, and leveraging consumer insights to enhance brand positioning. You will identify growth opportunities, engage with Key Opinion Leaders, support product launches, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize market execution. Additionally, you will ensure effective budget utilization, conduct joint field visits with sales teams, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.Skills and Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in product management and brand marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and forecasting skills, with a results-driven approach to execution.
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field relevant to the industry.
- Prior expertise in digital marketing is a key requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and competitive market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator being an added advantage.
