Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and control.
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring reconciliation with HQ records.
- Oversee cash management, including cash/card transactions and petty cash handling.
- Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions within the assigned boutique.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the boutique and other departments.
- Ensure all directives, memos, and communications are effectively shared with boutique staff.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring proper documentation.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by HQ as needed.
Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level or higher
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Willingness to work retail hours
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (with off days on a rotating basis)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
