Responsibilities

Familiar with Service Desk day to day Operation
Leading a Service Desk team of at least 15 agents.
Support existing and new computing devices like desktops, notebooks, tablet devices and smartphones with knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory Account Administration, and Microsoft Office applications.
Situational Management to provide Ad-hoc instructions to the team.
Analysis, Productivity, Call Statistic, and Incident Trending.
Managing Complaints, identify training needs and coaching SD agents.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Reports, identify Service Improvement Opportunities and recommend Action plan.

Requirements

Min 3 year end user support experience
Min 3 years of leading service desk team exp (Team of minimally 15 agents)
