Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Oversee daily office operations to create an efficient and productive work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist with office planning, coordination, and general upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
Manage applications and documentation required for regulatory or departmental approvals.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and company activities.
Handle correspondence, including phone calls and email inquiries, ensuring timely responses
Provide administrative support for internal teams and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination.
Provide customer service support by answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
Qualifications
Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1 year in administrative roles, preferably in a small office environment.
Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A supportive team culture within a small office setting
