We are looking for an individual to help drive GetGo’s mission from the inside out by supporting the People & Culture team in the planning, design, development and execution of initiatives and programmes related to Learning & Development (L&D), Engagement and Internal Communications.

Day to Day Activities

Support the planning, design and development of People & Culture frameworks, roadmaps and policies.
Support the design, execution and coordination of initiatives and programs for Learning & Development, Engagement and Internal Communications.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in support of the execution and coordination of P&C initiatives.
Assist with the module implementation of our new HRIS system.
Coordinate internal team meetings in partnership with team leaders.
Support in other People & Culture initiatives and programs as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong project management skills, with ability to work well with stakeholders and drive projects from research to planning and execution.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
Strong passion for improving employee experience through innovative and empathetic solutions.
Problem solving & analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Google Suite applications
