We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary staff member to support our Insurance department with data entry and sales consultant/ customer follow-up activities. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication between Insurance department and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and verify customer and transaction data into company systems with high accuracy

• Follow up with sales consultants regarding missing or incomplete documentation

• Track and update sales documentation status in real-time

• Assist with filing and organizing both digital and physical paperwork

• Communicate status updates to F&I managers and sales team members

• Support quality control checks on entered data

• Help maintain organized record-keeping systems

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

• Experience with data entry preferred

• Fast and accurate typing

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Professional phone manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills

• Patient and persistent in following up with sales staff
