Job Scope:

Manage new hire onboarding process, including preparation of employment contract, IT equipment requisition, orientation & induction, registering of clock-in account
Develop recruitment strategies and explore new sourcing channels in building talent pool
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including reviewing job description, job posting, candidates screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection process, and manpower planning

HR Operations:


Create, maintain and update accurate employee data in Prosoft and government portals
Prepare weekly Manpower reports, Budget reports, and any other ad-hoc reports
Manage the Time Attendance system and maintain up-to-date attendance record

Administration tasks:


Preparation of company letters - confirmation letters, promotion letters etc.
Track probation appraisal and follow up on confirmation
Uptake and maintenance of employees' p-files



Requirements
Degree in HR, Business or equivalent

Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Vlookup and Pivot table
