How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job responsibilities:

Supports to Tender and Bidding Team such as Measurement of Quantities, preparing Bill of Quantities, Contract and Drawing Review, Interpretation of Specification, Request for Information and Clarification, Request for Quotation, built-up the tender base cost and final submission price, compilation of all mandatory submission document, prepare a tender cost proposal for Management’s review, and attending site briefing and kick-off meeting (if any).
Handles and Supervises contract management of designated projects including project procurement of materials, main contract, and subcontract administration, analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Supporting in sourcing and comparing suitable three (3) quotations for the project materials request, liaising with suppliers and purchasing, monitoring project order schedule.
Preparation and Submission of Monthly Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Settlement of Final Account and ensuring all Invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
Assessment of Subcontractor’s Progress Claim, issuance of Payment Response and final payment.
Handles issues including Extension of Time, Terms and Conditions, Prolongation Claim, Loss, and Expenses Claims.
Perform other QS-related duties.

Job Requirements:

Minimum diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
Have Tender and Contract experience
Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying, open to fresh graduate.
Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, involves in sourcing and purchasing, billing etc.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working: 5.5 days - (one half Saturday in a month)

Hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm.
