Roles & Responsibilities
* Request quotation and prices negotiation with suppliers.
* Prepare purchase order, ensure timely delivery and follow through the complete procurement cycle.
* Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
* Matching of supplier invoices with supporting documents such as PO & DO.
* Maintain up-to-date prices from suppliers.
* Prepare daily Scheduled
* Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
* Maintain inventory records and month-end reconciliation.
* Data entry and any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.


Job Requirements:
* Administrative experience is an advantage.
* Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Well-organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Pleasant personality, independent, and able to converse in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
