Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Operations – Handle inbound calls and respond to customer requests.
Administrative Support – Manage invoices, process service/repair job orders, and ensure accurate system updates.
Aftersales Support – Act as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
Accident Reporting – Assist at the Accident Reporting Centre for claims and documentation.
Cash Handling – Collect payments from Service Advisors and submit them to the Corporate Office.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service or aftersales admin experience in an automotive workshop.
Minimum NTC 3 in Automotive Technology or relevant qualifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
