  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Claims Associates to provide administrative support to join their organisation.

Verify correctness and completeness of assessment and supporting documents submitted by applicants
Verify applicants eligibility criteria according to the policies for various grants/schemes
Verify that details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against with submitted documents
Liaise with assessors and applicants on any queries pertaining to the assessments/applicants submitted via phone call or email
Record and reply enquiries from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

Min. Diploma and/or 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
