Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating.
Proficient in working with pastry equipment, ovens, and other kitchen tools.
Creativity and a passion for pastry arts
Attention to detail and precision in executing pastry recipes and presentations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
A culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts is a plus.
