Position Title: Import Export Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat 8.30am-1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and follow up on daily trucking status.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Liaise with shipping lines or agents for empty container returns/collection and cost details.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers/consignees regarding depot or transport matters.
Plan delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
Prepare billing once the job is completed.

Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification.
Preferably 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
Knowledge of Portnet, Yard, and Trip Management Systems is beneficial.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
