Job responsibilities

  • Endpoint Management: Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices such as Wyse, Mobile Thin Client, Mobile devices, FatPC, Laptops.
  • Security: Implementing and updating security measures to protect endpoint devices from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Automation: Developing and utilizing scripts and tools to automate endpoint management tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to endpoint devices and management systems.
  • Collaboration: Working with other Teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of endpoint devices within APAC.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of IT work experience, including a minimum of 3 years MEM experience.
  • Experience in endpoint management tools (e.g WMS Wyse Management Suite, MECM, Intune)
  • Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Power apps, or Python for automation.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
