Job Overview:
The Admin and operation Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operational tasks and administrative duties. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As part of a small company, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and take on new challenges as we expand.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting the day to day operations of office
Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of the residence and garden landscape and undertake simple basic home maintenance tasks like gardening or getting faulty lighting changed
Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance, repairs and vehicle servicing
Arrange and Maintain chauffeuring duties where required
Plan and organize parties and other events (birthdays )
Assist with in house applications, visa renewals, and medical checkups
coordinate with bills payments, property document and other documents and applications as required
Procure and manage pantry purchases, supplies, and groceries
