Roles & Responsibilities
1. Visitors greeting and registration, answer/forward incoming calls.
2. Office Supply and inventory management (Water, Drinks, stationary, snacks, others).
3. Name cards and letterhead paper printing.
4. Express and mail delivery, record and monthly apportionment of expenses.
5. Maintenance of the office facilities and office filling.
6. Assist in office budget management and liaise with accounting team.
7. Liaise with travel agent for airline tickets and hotel booking as needed.
8. Meeting room booking and meal arrangement as needed.
9. Vendor’s payment claims through software PAL.
10. Provide timely and effective admin services for other departments.
11. Assist in office cleaning and security management.
12. Assist in interview reception/onboarding, company activities, office decoration during occasions, etc.
13. Provide assistance with office software OA in case of any doubt.
