Job Overview: As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in various production tasks including filling, washing, logistics, packing, and assisting with general manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that products are produced on time and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the filling and packaging of skincare and personal care products

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations

  • Organize and prepare materials for the production process

  • Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or issues

  • Handle logistics by preparing products for shipment and assisting in inventory management

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area

  • Support the team with other tasks, including assembling, labeling, and organizing products

  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of the production environment

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, especially in skincare or personal care products

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in production

    • Willingness to work as part of a team and independently

    • Good communication skills
