Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Description

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports, including staff return data, after-hours activity, and pass office audit results.

  • Address staff inquiries regarding parking, events, and vending machines.

  • Manage guest pre-registration, issue event passes (physical and electronic), coordinate flap barrier access, and handle parking requests for designated areas.

  • Maintain office supply inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and distribution.

  • Conduct monthly retrieval of visitor slips and lost and found items from all commercial sites.

  • Maintain and update the event schedule, including event details and locations.

  • Perform additional assigned duties.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as office administrator

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas i.e. if formulas, pivot table, data analysis etc., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Meticulous, analytical, organized, resourceful, independent, self-motivated and enjoy challenges

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
