Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Construction, Building, or its equivalent.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience, including handling commercial projects up to $5 million.
Aspiration to climb to higher positions and take on leadership roles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to oversee and mentor a team (future responsibility).
Expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and variation orders.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
