  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:


1. Mainly AR with help in AP

2. Accounts Receivable

Credit control, managing and communicating customer’s disputes and taking appropriate debt collection or legal actions.
Sending of SOA, cash sales, and handling staff purchases.
E-filing
Generate and prepare related reports.
Other related tasks

3. Accounts Payable

Key and match suppliers’ invoices, CN and DN
Process overseas and statutory payments
Supplier and bank reconciliations
Generate and prepare related reports
Other related tasks

4. Job rotation of related job scope.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of AR experience.
Fresh accounting/business graduates from Poly/ITE are welcome.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Possess intermediate Excel skills and communication skills.
Familiarity with the EPR system and F&B wholesale business is a plus.
