Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Pets Funeral Conductor to join our team. You will be responsible for providing dignified and respectful funeral services for beloved pets.
You serve as the most important first point of contact for our customers, where you play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to grieving families. You will be trained in managing and coordinating from start to end of the after-life services of the client’s beloved pet. You must be able to calmly deal with emotional situations and take pride in everything you do. We are looking for empathy, patience and one who is willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct funeral ceremonies for pets, ensuring a dignified and respectful service
- Speaking to grieving family by providing the right care and support
- Advising grieving family on the to-do steps after passing
- Ensure all funeral services are carried out with compassion and professionalism
- Preparation and Conducting of the Funeral
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- System Training to process documentations and maintain accurate records of funeral services and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- No Experience Required, On-Job-Training will be provided
- Good Attitude + Willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide emotional support to grieving pet owners
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic Computer Skills
- Class 3 License (Advantage)
