Freight Sales Executive (Hunter Role - Outdoor)
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Promote and sell freight forwarding services (air, sea, and logistics solutions) to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals
Freight Sales Executive (Farmer Role - Indoor)
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue
Understand clients’ logistics needs and offer tailored freight solutions (air, sea, and warehousing)
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
IT literacy and proficiency will be an added advantage
