JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, dispensing medication, etc.
• Administrative duties such as insurance claims, stock-taking, etc
• Assist the Doctor during consultations if required.
• Any other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Singaporean/PR/Malaysian with experience as Clinic assistant
• Enrolled nurses may be considered.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and multilingual will be preferred
• Good customer-service mindset.
