Work with Registry to stock take physical files
Review all physical files together with Registry and identify the official physical files that need to be captured
List down details of official physical files in an excel sheet (e.g. file name, file open date, file close date and remarks)
Label all physical folders in the Registry with appraisal & location information
Identification of Records to be appraised
Calculate volume of pages to be digitized and cost
Remove all staples or ties and prepare physical records to be sent for digitization
Quality check in digitized files
Organise physical files/folders and prepare for disposal
Ad hoc admin/registry tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Preferably with experience in administrative or registry work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
4 months (1 March – 30 June 2025)
$2,000 per month
