Job Responsibilities:

Get all ingredients and equipment ready for cooking.
Cook meals following recipes, menu guidelines, and quality expectations.
Handle any sudden meal requests or menu modifications caused by flight delays.
Label all prepared food items.
Adhere to all personal and food hygiene regulations set by the Quality Assurance Department.
Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean and sanitary.
Check and maintain food temperatures within safe ranges.
Make sure meals meet all required specifications.
Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to your supervisor.
Follow all workplace safety, security, and health policies.
Carry out any other assigned tasks from your manager or department head.

Job Requirements:

Genuine passion for the F&B industry is essential.
Comfortable with shift working hours.
Able to commit at least 3 months.
A valid Food Safety Certificate is required.
