  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including supply chain coordination and inventory management
Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all incoming and outgoing shipment documentation
Update all material movements in the system promptly
Ensure paperwork is accurate and complies with company policies
Collaborate with warehouse and internal departments to understand requirements and priorities
Perform accurate and timely transactions in the SAP system
Maintain and archive all incoming and outgoing documents
Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
Update NEA reports as required
Generate weekly/monthly stock count sheets and update monthly discrepancy reports
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and hauliers for shipment and transportation needs
Release outgoing shipments to forwarders and arrange local deliveries
Generate manual delivery notes as necessary
Ensure the department's safety, cleanliness, and tidiness
Process and document Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions
Create and process production orders in the system

Job Requirement(s):

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing industry
Well knowledge of SAP
Able to work with minimum supervision
