Job Description


Visit each office to assess and maintain office standards and culture.
Lead hybrid workspace strategy initiatives for the APJ region, focusing on Return to Office efforts.
Follow up on employee satisfaction surveys and address feedback.
Document office processes and procedures.
Manage vendor files, purchase orders, and collaborate with Procurement.
Oversee badge access inventory for employees and vendors, ensuring building security.
Lead sustainability, environmental, and community programs.
Monitor office services, including snacks, supplies, catering, and lunch orders.
Conduct regular inventory audits of office supplies.


Requirements:


2-4 years of experience in Facilities, Office Services, or Customer Service, ideally in a corporate setting with high growth.
Familiarity with facility management systems.
Experience coordinating with outside contractors for maintenance and operations.
Availability for on-call, overtime, and weekend support as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic accounting.
Knowledge of smart sheets is a plus.
