BMS EngineerJob Description Summary
The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. The BMS Engineer should also possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people. The BMS Engineer should also be proactive in learning and implementing of new technologies on site. The BMS Engineer will also be holding a concurrent role of TE and will discharge his/her duty accordingly to the requirement of the BMS Engineer.Job Description
About the Role:
Perform maintenance services, supervise contractors/vendors, and ensure equipment delivery meets requirements.
Assist in quality maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and manage minor projects or repairs.
Ensure work is completed on time, meeting contract specifications, and establish good relationships with team members and building owners.
Manage fault cases in CMMS/Helpdesk and work closely with the Client’s FM team to understand user needs.
Handle variations in works, and take on additional duties as assigned by the Client/ESS team.
About You:
Diploma in building, facilities, or engineering (preferably with an M&E background) from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facility management is required.
Trained in Building Management Systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
