We’re looking for an Mechanical Technician, focusing on the Operation and Maintenance of Aggreko’s Modular fleets such as Diesel Generators, Gas Generators, Load Banks, Chillers, AC, and cooling Towers. To optimize performance of fleets with preventive and condition-based maintenance.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintenance & Assembly – Perform maintenance, mechanical assembly, and sub-assembly of Aggreko products following quality standards and work instructions.

  • Diagnosis & Repair – Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and overhaul Aggreko products as required.

  • Fuel & Cooling Systems – Assemble fuel and cooling system hoses, pipes, fittings, and flange assemblies using appropriate tools.

  • Quality & Safety Compliance – Work to high-quality standards, escalate issues, and follow company health, safety, and procedural guidelines.

  • Teamwork & Improvement – Collaborate with teams and participate in continuous improvement projects.

  • Tools & Work Environment – Use various tools and equipment while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electro- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

  • Min. 5 to 8 Years Experience Working in Diesel Engines and generators.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of service, repair, and assembly of mechanical systems, especially diesel generators.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, overhaul, and interpreting engineering drawings; electrical fitting/wiring experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.

  • Able to travel within short notice
