We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Central Kitchen Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing large batches of tiramisu according to our established recipes. You will ensure consistency in production, maintain quality standards, and follow proper food safety protocols.
Work 5 days, 45 hours per week, 7:30 am - 5.30 pm
Able to work Fri-Sun
Preferably Singaporean/ PR
Working location: Sembawang Nordcom
Scope of work:
Prepare daily batches of cakes following specific standards.
Ensure sufficient ingredients are ready for all kitchen operations.
Stock maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, cooking areas, and kitchen equipment/utensils.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers as needed.
Requirements:
Good learning attitude, teamwork
Responsibility and commitment to work
Relevant prior work experience as a baker is preferred
Have F&B food hygiene certification
