  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

  • Assist the Factory Production Manager in supervising the factory/production Team Leaders and workers by overseeing fabrication work for quality consistency and operation efficiency, based on AutoCad drawings and Designs and prepare weekly production plan.

  • Ensure all workers follow industry standard health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meeting.

  • Make sure daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading are carried out smoothly , timely, and completely.

  • Innovate and automate for improved production output and overall efficiency with new automated or robotic machines and work flow.

  • Liaise and manage fabricated products are ready with project engineers for installation at sites.

  • Check Team Leaders record of materials in and out of factory to project sites, all stock and inventory is maintained with accuracy and up to date.

  • Organise and upkeep factory storage and movement of inventory are smooth and efficient.

  • Assist to source better and cost savings materials from overseas and liaise with overseas suppliers for stock replenishing.

  • Involve in the annual ISO and bizsafe renewal.

  • Improvise designs for overall efficiency of system parts and communicate with key personnel.

  • Manpower planning and workers training to make sure workers are equipped with relevant knowledge and skills.

  • Need autocad, fabrication, welding knowledge to check drawings and making sure welders are fabricating correctly.

  • Assist purchaser to source for materials overseas.

Requirements :

  • Minmum Diploma in either mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering or other relevant discipline.

  • Required skill(s), MS Office, MS Project AutoCad.

  • 3 to 5 years work experience in construction sites.

  • Responsible team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
