Indoor Sales Executive

- Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses
Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres
Work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives to ensure enrolment growth
Take ownership of any assigned tasks within the team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of enrolment processes
